Mine is Don Nelson. I don't just choose him because he is the Warriors coach I just really like this guy and would want him to be my coach if I got the chance.
Avery Johnson, easily. I love his coaching style and I just love his coaching. I just wish Mike Brown would go and pay Johnson some money so he would teach him some things about offense.

I hardly have enough time to be active at my site or BBW world or even write my articles every day. Good to see ya again.
Im going with Avery Johnson. All the people ive really been influenced by and had a impact on my life are people like Avery. Hes extremely tough on you, but at the end of the day, he cares so much for you. Those kindve people really motivate me and I have the upmost respect for them.

Not jumping on the bandwagon but he seems to understand players well and knows how to get the game entertaining to get the crowd into it for some momentum.
Scott Skiles - He's in a lot of rap songs plus he's one of the best defensive coaches in the league.Doc Rivers - I feel that he has the room to improve each year, that's why I like him.. I know wierd.Flip Saunders - Cause he is one of the best coaches in the league but never really got the respect while he was in minny and finaly he is while he's with detriot.Avery Johnson - He's going to be great... he's one so much in so little time.Byron Scott - HE'S GOOD and he has been for many years, Does anyone even know he exsists?Nate McMillan - He seems nice .. but it's too bad he has a crap team but I still don't mind him.
I have to go with Greg Popovich. He has been nothing short of amazing ever since he has been the coach of this team. He expects nothing but the best out of his players and he gives the same in return. He isnt afraid to yell at anybody on the team when they are messing up, he adjusts great during games, and he is overall a great coach. By far the best coach in the game IMO...
I'm going with Avery on this since he is so passionate about the game, and of course, one of the smartest out there. I also like Phil Jackson to an extent.

I hope not, but he probably is. If you want to know more about him, there's a lot in the book, 7 Seconds or Less.
Cool. Ive heard that hes the reason the Suns defense is so much better now. People say hes very defensive minded and can mesh it with the fast paced style....exactly what Memphis wants.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Doc Rivers - I feel that he has the room to improve each year, that's why I like him.. I know wierd.</div>Shame on you....haha jkDoc is a great guy, he's great with the media, he comes off as a very likeable person, but overall if he was coaching your favorite team you wouldn't be to happy. He jumbles lineups, has probably the worst substitution methods in the NBA, and can't even draw up a play at the end of a close game. His in-game decision coaching skills are horrific. My favorite coach is a former coach, Jim O'Brien. The guy was awesome in Boston, he took over Pitino's mess and turned it into a deep playoff team. He really meshed well with Antoine and Paul, he took a bunch of random veterans and turned them into great role players. He really knew how to coach the Boston Celtics at that current time and made Pitino look like a fool in the process. And then Danny Ainge came in, blew up the team, fired O'Brien, and they were the 2nd worst team in the NBA last year. Sweet.
I like Lawrence Frank a lot. He's really young for an NBA coach, but the guys on New Jersey still respect him, which is nice to see. He struggled coaching the Nets in the fourth in Cavs-Nets series, though.Avery Johnson, Greg Poppovich, and Jerry Sloan are guys that I respect, too.
I love George Karl, when he was with Milwaukee, it was awesome. The guy was tough, bitched to the referee's, called players out in the media...etc...George is my dog.
I like Larry Brown the best, even though he isn't coaching at the moment. He coached us to our third title in team history.I like Isiah only because he was an awesome Piston player.

I understand he won a championship for you guys, but I would never respect him for doing that.
