<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>-- Could Packers Trade Favre to Ravens? --Tue Apr 18, 2006 --from FFMastermind.comThe Rochester Democrat & Chronicle reports one interesting theory regarding why QB Brett Favre is delaying his decision on playing this season is that he hopes the Green Bay Packers will grow frustrated and trade him to a contender. The most obvious team that Favre could lead to the playoffs is Baltimore. The Ravens also are interested in QB Steve McNair, who has been banned from Tennessee's training facilities and will be released or traded if he refuses to renegotiate his contract.</div>Honestly, I can't imagine Favre being anywhere but the Packers. I also don't think we'll get him. I rather have Mcnair over Favre since Favre is obviously done.

I wouldn't say Favre is done. He's 1 year younger than Brad Johnson and BJ had a very solid year for the Vikings. Favre had to throw to uhh I don't even know after Javon Walker went down early.I'd prefer Favre over McNair. McNair is a bit too injury prone for me. I love how tough he is but it seems like he'll never be able to play at 100% ever again.

Favre didn't start his career in Green Bay but I don't see him leaving the league playing for any other team...

If we do someone get Favre our QB position will be improved greatly. I think we're only a QB and Oline away from being a playoff contender.

Either Favre comes back for one more year in Green Bay, or he retires. He won't play elsewhere.

People said that about Jerry Rice. Emmitt Smith. But once contracts/disputes get in the way, things change. Favre has at least 1 year, 3 tops, in his body left.He knows the Packers are miles from contending this season especially if Walker leaves. If he wants to win a championship, he knows it can't be with them.

The guy is worried about not being able to spend time with his daughter because this will be her last year of highschool before she leaves for college... do you really think he's gonna make his family relocate so that he can have more success with a different team? I doubt it. He's not going ANYWHERE but Green Bay or his own house.

I didn't say it was gonna happen but it's definately possible.I hope to see Favre retire a Packer for his sake but retire a Raven for Baltimore's sake. [IMG]

I dont really see Favre wearing another jersey in his career but this would be good for the Ravens if this happens.
