Running back Felix Jones was one of three Dallas Cowboys who has not been cleared to practice after failing the team's conditioning test at the beginning of training camp. Safety Brodney Pool and receiver Andre Holmes, both of whom are expected to compete for key roles, also flunked the test. "None of those guys passed the conditioning test yesterday," Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said. "We're going to have them condition with (strength coach Mike Woicik) during the walkthroughs and during the practice until they prove to us that they're ready to practice the way we need to practice."
