Quick question from a Liverpool fan looking forward to the match in a few weeks, why is Ferreira so bad this year? A few years ago Mourinho was praising him as the best right back on the planet, now he seems to be about fourth choice behind Diarra, Essien and Geremi. Is his confidence just shot? Was he never really that good and has just been found out? Or is some injury reducing the quality of his play?
he was good, and when did Mourinho ever say best right back in the world? ive been thinking why hasnt he played, but the thing is, when he does Hes not that good because he is low on confidence. in his first season, he was ashley cole, he'd be running up and down the wing putting crosses into the box. personally, i think José should play him more because Geremi, Diarra and Essien are all midfielders. Khalid Boularouz is a Center back, who sometimes plays rightback. so Paulo Ferreira is the Only real right back we have.
Ferreira is crap, always has been always will be. Mourinho think his whole team are the best, he recently said Carvalho was the best CB in the world. Mourinho needs to pull his egotistical head out of ass and smell reality. Paulo Ferreira, SWP, Diara, Geremi.. wtf, they are all crap. If a player plays amazingly well in one, just ONE season, Chelski will be up the agents arse within a minute with their checkbook at the ready. Fact!
