I knwo thsi is completely unrelated but up untill now ive had trouble finding someone who knew the answer to this question.

Under FIBA Rules does a Tech Foul go towards a players 5 foul limit. I ask purely because in my games ive had Tech fouls be teh cause of my foul out.

    IS THIS TRAVESTY ALLOWED!

Yeah, as far as I know, they do. Actually, a few years back, a teammate of mine fouled out with seven fouls (under FIBA rules, you foul out when you reach five). He got his fith foul, started arguing with the ref, who gave him a technical, and then he yelled at the ref some more, and got another technical. It was pretty damn funny.
