Anyone have any details on the field conditions at the SB? A lot of receivers and DBs were slipping. CBS reported Vinatieri went in to get new cleats during the half. I heard they put in new turf specifically for the SB. It seemed to have been pretty rough, especially at the edges of the field.
Ya they also painted on abunch of logos and added an extra coat to the field for TV (probably the main reason).
