I'll work on an argument for my team tomorrow...but for now I just want to point that MJ would kill Reggie (and he is my idol ) And Darko = No
First, my frontcourt is going to dominate. Shaq and Malone will get what they want, when they want it. 2nd, My inside outside game is 2nd to none. Third, The Human Victory Cigar...gotta be a winner with a nickname like that. Fourth, im going to get Connie to shave some points MJ Will get his, but its going to be like the Pistons a few years ago, 5 great guys will beat 1 great guy and a bunch of scrubs.
If I were DW, I'd play this lineup: Wilkens, Jordan, Pippen, Issel, Gilmore Free, Aquirre, and McGinnis are a terrific 3some off the bench, much better than what Big Frame's team brings. Not a close call for me.
I actually thought about putting Lenny into the starting lineup as Earl and the bench would be electric, and my starting lineup has enough scoring. But I'm not home yet, to write my writeup.
kinda like when the pistons beat the cavs and kept them from making the finals a couple of years ago, right?
Vinnie is not better than Mark Aguirre, and the two are very different players, so its tough to compare anyway. Aguirre would have a field day with Vinny. And exactly how long is this short list?
How can you say Aguirre is better then Vinnie? If the game was close, Chuck allways went with Zeke, Joe and Vinnie. Hence the 0.07 shot to win the 2nd title. And the short list is long enugh to have Sheed on there. Im not the only one saying this, so is George Blaha.
Aguirre's prime years were in Dallas, not Detroit. And Blaha, Detroit's radio announcer, might not be the most unbiased of sources.
