I was just looking at the FA list in the "nba basketball forum". Flip is a FA after this year. What would you guys think about bringing him back to the Sonics?

Flip Murray wouldn't be close to impacting the team like Russell and Cleaves did. You guys doomed your franchise when you released Bryon Russell and Mateen Cleaves.

That would give him his best chance of improving his offensive rebounding numbers. Flip coming back to the Emerald City has a good of chance of happening as Fortson getting the league's Citizenship Award next season--or Ray Allen not being on the All Interview First Team. I don't even want to see Flip return to Seattle. If was fun watching him for a season ('03-04) but overall he hasn't come close to reaching my level of expectation for him. Hopefully he'll sign with a team that doesn't have a perimeter star that he has to cater to on a consistent basis.
I'm curious to see where the Trio (Flip, Wedgie, and Vlade) end up. With all of the ex-Sonics in the past 3-4 years...they should all make a team...with JJ being the captain.
