...as if my insurance rates weren't already ridiculously high, and as if this country was not already f'd enough already...I can't believe they clog up the court system with BS like this.

I saw that earlier. It has been proven they were going 90-100 MPH. Blaming a car that likely wasn't street legal instead of negligence is disgraceful. Equally as disgusting is somebody using his 16 year old daughter to further this money grab.

I must have missed the boat somewhere. My first car was a '65 Corvair Corsa, one of Naders "targets". I realized that by design that the car would take some getting used to and having taken the time found it to be a real hoot to drive. I took that attitude with every car I owned and never had a problem. So some guy goes out and gets stupid, kills people and it's the auto makers fault, I don't think so. Cars and guns only kill when used by the nut behind the but.

Geezus this is turning into a fkng Circus with no nets, no leashes on the Elephant in the Court room either. Walker died just 100 feet from my brothers apt., tho' my bro passed a few years prior.

Cars were always driving like hell, on that 4 to 6 lane autobahn, with not much of any straight road, rather curve upon curve.

Driving recklessly is in itself a violation of law, and that's what happened, Porsche is a damn fine car, and for her to say otherwise, shows how ignorant and how far she has her head up her ass.

Here in Caly, 1996 we voted in a ordinance which allows judges to throw frivolous law suit out of court, and I bet that's what happens with this bullshit case, or non-case....!!

Our Judicial Branch, I've lost All faith in, from Criminal Court and more-so Civil Courts, Caly is really fkd up, and years behind in hearing law suits.....

btw- the road Walker and his buddy were flying down, has Condo's and a very large Hospital and Medical Bldgs. Where Walker crashed, was not but 200 feet from an intersection, and how would they of stopped going as fast as they were, if they hadn't of clipped a pole, they'd probably of killed several others, blowing thru the intersection. Which LASD determined by checking the clocking of the Intersection lights, noted their light was red, and hitting the pole was a god send, ......

btw- I'm not buying the claim the Carrera didn't have electronic stability control system. I've never seen any Carrera without it, an easy button knob to turn to the desired setting, I bet they didn't even turn it on. the car was a crumpled tin can, and no one would of survived that wreck, and how does one know the car didn't have the system, when there was nothing much to even see, after is blowing up into an inferno.

Cars are constantly pulling out onto that Autobahn, many think it is.

My LASD Brother used to park at times, near the intersection, in the right hiding place, to nail cars going 120+......hook and book.....
