Dolphins to play Chiefs Friday night

    By Alex Marvez | sun-sentinel.com

DAVIE ? Because of the threat of Hurricane Wilma, the Dolphins-Kansas City Chiefs game was rescheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at Dolphins Stadium.

The game was initially scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday.

Information about whether the game will be televised locally will be announced shortly. Initially, the game was expected to sellout in time to get telecast on Channels 4 and 12.

The Dolphins had the kickoff of two home games last season (Tennessee and Pittsburgh) changed because of hurricane threats. The Dolphins lost both contests.

I think I read that the game might be rebroadcast on Sunday night on the NFL Network. If the Dolphins win, I might tune in. I believe that I read somewhere that the ring ceremony for Dan Marino has been postponed until Nov. 5th.

They are saying that CBS will show the game live in the greater MIA and KC areas and that NFL Channel will air the game on Sunday. Sunday Ticket better pony up tomorrow night. I pay waaaay to much money for that service to have to watch the Chiefs whip the crap out of the Dolphins after I already know the score. [IMG]

I could easily forsee an upset here especially now with a shortened week of preparation.

Seriously. The game went and the season have gone about how I expected.

Other than the number of turnovers against Buffalo and total penalties, I have no qualms about the state of the Dolphins.

Last year was a nightmare, but, it had been brewing since JJ was coach. Should Miami win 7 like I predicted then Saban is coach of the yr IMO. Belichick only won 5 his 1st yr.
