At the end of a phone conversation Wednesday, the same morning Miami acquired wide receiver Brandon Marshall, Dolphins veteran Greg Camarillo had a few final words before he hung up. ``I guess this changes the draft, huh?'' Camarillo said. It was a fleeting thought at the time, nothing more than a sidebar to an otherwise invigorating day for the organization. But several days later, those words will resonate as the Dolphins prepare for Thursday's big day. No longer does Miami need to focus its attention on drafting a wide receiver. Even without a second-round pick, the trade for Marshall gives Miami more latitude to address a multitude of problems on offense and defense.
