Just a quick updated on the player you said would be broken in half: Rushing: 7 carries, 78 yards, 11.1 yards per carry Rec: 2 rec, 93 yards, TWO TD's - untouchable in the open field K/P return: 21 total yards 192 all purpose yards. On at least three rushes, he made additional yards after initial contact - even moving a pile approx 5 yards on one carry. He easily could have rushed for 150 yards had Chip gave him 15-20 carries - not necessary to push him.
I never said he wasn't an amazing player, and today he showed his strengths. I was just saying he can't be an every down type back. We would need a big power back along side him. I was pumped seeing him out there today. Mentally, it looked like he is past the fumbles.
why not? When LMJ was the same age he weighed all of 5 pounds more and he's carved out a decent career. also, the Ducks already do have a bigger option STOMP
yup, they went to the same HS and Carson did indeed break most of LMJ's records. here's a couple videos of his... again he's about 230lbs STOMP
Carson is a bad dude. 6'1". 230#. Seems like a legit tailback or fullback if we need to run a power I.
DAMN! That kid is a beast! His size and game counters DAT's perfectly! Funny thing is, even after this season we will still have Barner!
