The cold weather didn't slow Minnesota (dome team) down this past week in Green Bay, you better hope for a change for snow or it could be a tough weekend in New England.....

The gameplan for NE should be to run...run...run and more run the ball. The way you beat the Colts is to have long drives, and to limit number of Colt possesions. Take the check-down throw, and dont force the ball. The reason the Broncos lost, is that they tried to shoot out. Plummer is incapable of checking down to an RB. Manning will get frustrated and will try to force the ball. I see the Pats winning in a close and fun game. 27-24

I do like the analysis. If the Pats win, it will be because they can control the clock and force some turnovers. Running the ball will help them control the clock. Dillon will be the key in this one. No one should try to get into a shoot out with the Colts. Only the Chiefs came up with a win in that type of game.

I think you are wrong about what the pats will do to win this game. They threw the second most passes of any team in the league to the colts. They win games cuz of brady, not Dillon. If Dillon could win games we would not call them the Bungles. They will put the ball in thier best players hands, and if he plays his game they will have a chance to win.

i agree with Eagles4life if you dont let manning get the ball how can they score. They will ahve to control the ball in this one, because the Colts have the potential to score every drive, the patriots really dont. Thats y if they run it they will win because i will keep Manning off the field and not let him get into a rythem

You have to score points to beat the colts, and points come from the passing game.

Ball control. If Manning is forced to play catch up, he's not quite as good. Take some options away, and you can beat Indy.

Manning will choke against the Patriots. Expect a three interception performance. History will repeat itself...

But this is the season where history is being defied...

    Manning passing for 49 TD's,
Two 8-8 teams winning in the first round of the playoffs
The Steelers becoming the first 15-1 AFC team
First Rookie to win all of his starts

    Who knows what could happen.

yet to be determined, unless you add disclaimer, regular season Even then the game they lost to Baltimore he could have won that game, so IMO it is not like the guy has never lost.

"THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR LOCALLY HEAVY SNOW BEGINNING SUNDAY AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY...

A DEVELOPING STORM OVER THE ATLANTIC ON SUNDAY WILL COMBINE WITH A STRONG CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM... .RESULTING IN NORTHEAST WINDS. THIS WILL BEGIN TO BRING MOISTURE IN OFF THE ATLANTIC. OCEAN EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS BY LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THE OCEAN EFFECT SNOW WILL THEN SPREAD ACROSS CAPE COD... THE SOUTH COAST... AS WELL AS THE ISLANDS SUNDAY EVENING."

I like this forecast, hopefully the snow starts falling around 2 or so and becomes somewhat moderate around game time.
