    Fortson, McMillan at odds

Hm. I don't see this being resolved anytime soon.

Kinda sums up everything that's been said here already.

With the way Nick, Reggie, and even Pot has been playing of late I don't see Nate really making an emphasis on giving Fortson the minutes that he was getting in the beginning of the season. That's too bad b/c I don't think that Fortson isn't a type of guy that you can sit for long stretches of games then expect the same production once you decide that you want to give him the minutes. His conditioning is always a factor.

I wuold think that Nate would also want to cut down on Antonio minutes considering that he is playing with torn ligaments in his knee. Ray is also still nursing his sore right ankle and Luke at times looks to be worn down b/c of the minutes he's logged (what ever happened to him picking up full court defensively). It's amazing how Nate pushes his guards to play, even when their injured/sick, just so he doesn't have to give Ron Murray extended minutes. He is petrofied that Flip will end up changing the dynamic of the team and end up hurting the team's chemisty.

And you guys thought that I was paranoid about all of that earlier in the year.

Isnt this thread about Fortson and Nate? and you are absolutely freakishly paranoid and completely blinded by your own bias. Its sad..I mean im seriously curious if when you watch a game if you just sit and wait for Luke, Ray, or Antonio to make a mistake so you can bitch about Flip getting in the game.

Yes this thread is about Fortson and Nate, that is why I commented about it.

In regards to your other comments about Flip, I wouldn't have anything to complain about if we were getting stellar play from our other guards and we were a top the Western Conference. Considering I think that our team would benefit from Flip getting extended minutes (7-1 when he plays over 24 minutes) I tend to get upset when he isn't playing at all~especially considering that our other guards are banged up.

I was a fan of the Sonics before Flip came and I'll be a fan of them after he leaves next season. I just don't understand why Nate doesn't want to give him an opportunity to help the team.

If you posted more often you would see that I always have and will continue to put the success of the Sonics well ahead of the production of Flip. You will never find me happy following a Sonic loss, no matter how well Flip or any of the other players on our team that I pull for play.
