Anyone catch the ultimate fighter last night? that guy is a douche. He is a poor loser too. Claiming all of the guys in the house were losers just because they were having fun watching there coach win. I use to like him until I saw him on this show.
I started not liking him when he just blew Nog when he was told about some of the pranks going just a bit to far. His whole team seemed to share that same mentality also, him and his team, they just disrespected the biggest legend on the show in my opinion. Then on the soccer episode two nights ago, he just acted like an even bigger douche. Talk all the trash he wants though, we all know he isn't going to be able to beat Nog. Has a huge heart, you have to damn near kill that guy to put him away, and he is just way more well rounded than Frank Mir in my opinion.
Frank "Too Cool For School" Mir. He's not doing himself any favours on this season of TUF, for sure. He comes off as being a tremendous douche.
he's a big headed jock douchebag like Matt Hughes IMO. Not a complete asshole, but just very full of himself. Nog is pretty much exactly as I expected him to be.
I suspect a tad bit of showboating is going on. It helps hype the fight if someone is willing to play the "heel", and Nog just doesn't fit the part.
Grouch, now that you say that, I could actually see that being true. He might be just doing that to get more interest in his fight coming up. When he's the commentator for WEC, he just doesn't seem like that kind of guy at all, but on TUF he just seems like a douche sometimes. I didn't think of something like that.
Some things I can see as hyping the fight, like calling himself more athletic. But calling the guys on the other team a bunch of losers has nothing at all to do with Nog and his fight.
