Ace will knock the hearing back into Hamill

Franklin is a better striker, has more experience, and is a better grappler. Hamill will try to use his wrestling advantage and try to take Franklin down, so he can fight ground and pound but Franklin will be able to push Hamill off with his strikes. Hamill just isn’t a great fighter yet and Franklin has 5 times more MMA experience than the Hammer. I expect this fight to be very one sided as Matt Hamill needs at least 3 to 4 years more experience in striking and grappling to even compete.

Franklin had a hell of a time with Silva due to Anderson's strength. Matt Hamill is a monster. His core strength is huge and he has a granite chin. I can see this being another split decision.

Franklin had his bell rung early vs Silva and I think that drained him more than the strength. I can see him doing the bell ringing this time around and Hammill will lose some of his zip.

Not bang on, but good prediction on the win.

Hammill actually barely tried to use his wrestling advantage though.

I mean he tried his first takedown with like 50 seconds left in the 1st round.
    2nd round:
around 4:10 and 3:40 tries to catch low leg kicks with no success.
    40 seconds: grabs ankle
    12 seconds: grabs ankle

I mean 5 takedown attempts in 10 minutes is not really using your wrestling advantage and trying to take Franklin down.

At the 1:30 minute mark of the 2nd round:
Joe Rogan in the fight "But he hasn't been trying to take him down."
Bloomberg guy "Does that surprize you?"
Joe Rogan "yes, but maybe you know what, that was his strategy."

I really thought that Hammill should have focused his gameplan on his wrestling, taking Rich down and pounding him. I was surprized when he seemed so content in standing up.
