    Does anyone know the 2009 NBA Free Agency start date? I wanna say its July 1st or 15th ... :dunno:

    Both if memory serves. You can talk to them starting July 1st, you can sign them from the 15. I might be wrong on the exact dates - but that's the idea, I think.

    7/1 is when the negotiation window opens, 7/15 is when the signing period begins.
