Does anyone know? Because I was it would be really cool to see Haywood and Jamison reunite with Vince Carter if the Wizards could afford him. I'm sure Vince wouldn't mind that either.

First off, Haywood is on rocky terms with the Washington Wizards and may not be there to much longer. As for him signing, I don't like it for the Wizards. Sure they will get a good scorer, but they already have two or three good scorers in Jamison, Arenas, and Butler. Vince Carter also does not help out the fact that this team has almost no team defensive chemistry at all. Infact I would see him hurting the team defense even worse than it already is. What they need is a low post defender that can play a little bit of offense, and gets along with everyone, unlike Haywood who has a hard time getting along with coaching staff and other team members.

At this point in time the Wizards have a $30.1 million team salary for next season, and only seven players under contract for next year. Here are the players that are not under contract yet for next season:Caron Butler (didn't he sign an extension? I'm not sure... anybody know?)Darius SongailaMichael RuffinCalvin BoothRoger MasonJames LangAndray BlatcheDonnell TaylorPeter John Ramos

Yes I've heard about Brendon's problems but there not with the Wizards team, He's just having problems with Etan Thomas. I think If Carter was signed to the Wizards it would really pump the team up to do really well both offensivly and defensivly

Haywood hasn't been complaining all that much, let alone requesting a trade. Songalia signed a 5 year 23 mill, so he won't be going anywhere for now. Guys that the Wizards should and probably will resign are Ruffin, Blatche, Taylor and Mason. Peter John Ramos got cut a while ago during pre-season. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Yes I've heard about Brendon's problems but there not with the Wizards team, He's just having problems with Etan Thomas. I don't see where he'll fit in the Wizards lineup. Gilbert Arenas will be the number 1 scoring option as long as he's here, so Vince Carter coming into the equation might ruin it.

So if an agent is upset, usually not far behind is the player. Not to mention teams usually don't like agents causing problems.

His agent thinks Jordan is starting Etan is because of personal reasons, which clearly isn't it. The Wizards did a good job not mentioning the fight until Ivan Carter (Washington Post Writer) was able to get the whole scoop on it and wrote the whole thing 5 days after the fight occured. Even since then Haywood hasn't been yapping his mouth, so don't expect him to be traded soon.
