    History has shown that those that "win" in free agency lose on the field....When was the last time the Steelers or Colts or Pats made a huge signing? The Pats made one this decade(Adalius Thomas) and it didnt work out well....the best teams build from within through the draft, retain their own young players, and suppliment the roster with moderate to low cost free agents....
