    He would have been a great backup, but cutting him saves a Lot of money... so that's where they went.

    They could get Maddox for a cheaper price and he knows Mularkey so he would be comfortable here.

    Daunte comes in, Frerotte goes out just like Brees going in, Brooks going out. This is just to be expected.
