Pretty impressive for Frye. He's been a solid contributor who can score, rebound, block, and score[IMG]. He definetely deserves the ranking.

Im impressed by his play as of late, he's been doing great. I had confidence in him but like most other players that have surprised me I didnt think he'd be this good this quick.

Some fans on this site might find that ranking hard to swallow, after automatically tabbing him a "bust," even before he played an NBA game, but he's doing exactly what he's told, and succeeding at it. Can't go wrong when one of the better coaches in the league wants very few things out of you, and all you have to do is go out and obey. I don't think Brown's expectations of him have been anywhere beyond his natural talent, and for him to be this coachable, well, it speaks volumes about how much he cares about his game.

If he just maintains a steady showing and heeds Brown's tutelage (and game planning, which is equally important), he should find himself some success in New York. I also loved the selections of Luther Head and Salim Stoudamire, both have been surprisingly good, and endeared themselves to some pretty tough fan bases. Keep up the good work youngsters.

It's a domino effect... The Knicks traded Nene for McDyess who wound up being traded for Steph. In the end things worked out. We have our PG and Nene is out for the season with a torn ACL.

I would still trade Nene and not change a thing.

that's a little bold, mcdyess was a filler in the suns trade and you gave up nene and camby for him, if you're going to look at it the way u just put it that means u essentially gave up camby, nene, and 2 first rounders for marbury, and penny(and their horrible contracts)

I personally never wanted Marcus traded....and I wasn't exactly happy getting an injured Mcdyess.. especially for a draft pick... but this was all Scott Layden, who was doing everything he could to sink the franchise.

Yeah Penny has a horrible contract that luckily will come off the books after this season... or be traded (for Al Harrington, hopefully).

I'm glad Steph is in NY... and without that ***head trade Layden made for McDyess, who knows how this team would look right now.
