Admins any comments? I think this is an excellent idea, but there needs to be some kind of moderation or something. It would be too easy any idiot out there to sign on as "Shapecity" or "Mel" and spam people. It doesn't look like it requires you to be a member of the site to chat, and as I said names aren't registered or passoword protected.

It has the potential to be a bigger problem than a help. The main areas of concern for us are: 1. No moderation 2. You don't have to be a member to use it(vulnerable to spammers) and people who just want to start mess. 3. Anyone can take any name(i.e. I could be shapecity if I wanted to). If we do decide to get a chat function in the future you can bet your money it will be a lot more secure than gabbly.
