The only time Deng has passed the ball is the one playhe was triple teamed by their zone, he tried to shoot anyway, but threw it wildly to Rose. Share the ball, guys!
The Bulls are over thinking everything. I still think there's a reasonably good chance they win this game though.
Is there anything worse than listening to Neil Funk belittle the Hawks when they're blowing out the Bulls? He should just stop.
The Hawks were really good against us in the playoffs. They're a lot deeper this season, and they're really athletic.
What a finish! Bulls out scored them 32-18 in Q4 to overcome a 19 pt. deficit overall. Rose wit 30. Atlanta looked gassed for much of Q3 and all of Q4.
A win is a win, but that was a damned mess. Grinding out these games is what good teams do. Painful to watch. Rose seemed a bit sluggish tonight. Still the best player on the court though, and really won the game. Noah and Boozer sitting most of the 2nd half. Reminded me of playoff time last year with Asik and Gibson providing toughness in the paint and energy. Lovely play with Noah hitting Deng on the baseline. Deng has really come into his own here.
If we're looking for silver linings, Thibodeau outworked an opposing coach, again. I feel like that's the third or so time this season. That should make us feel good considering he didn't exactly fare well with in-game decisions last season.
