Not to worry. Coach will reward him with more ice time.

Worst thing that could’ve happened to this franchise was dicknose retard Dolan starting to care and pay attention to them again instead of the Knicks. He went from ruining just one franchise to ruining both.

lol I’ve used cock nose before so this is hilarious to me. As we’ve mentioned this team is in the need of a shake up. Seems this crap started when Trouba refuses to be moved. Now they stale and uninspired.

A shake up should include this retreat coach. Some capitals fan said that Lavishmuck will be forced to play younger players only if there are injuries. He will suck off the vets until the end.

Good for Berard, he was their best player tonight.

He’s a hall of fame coach. This is foolish. You don’t keep merry go rounding coaches every two years.

It was obvious to anyone who was being honest this team needed a major core shakeup after the loss to Florida, but for some reason Drury did nothing expect keep the core intact. On top of that, he actually made the team worse by losing Roslovic, Wennberg, Goodrow, and Gust while only adding Smith and Carrick. This was not hard to predict as I said in June/July.

At this point, just about everything should be on the table to shake it up and tear down a core that was never good enough to win a Cup and now is stale as well. Do what you can now, they should be major sellers of the players they can move and then look to make bigger moves/changes in the off-season. Trying to salvage this season is a waste.

BTW - Trouba refusing to be moved is on Drury. A competent Pres/GM would understand the situation, and where the player stands before you get far down the path and potentially build your whole offseason plan around the move. Drury handled that situation about as poorly as it could be handled. It is example 4589698597523035 of how in over his head he is.

The Rangers forwards on the first 2 lines generate zero forecheck then don't get back on defense so odd man rushes leave the defense hung out to dry. There seems to be no offensive strategy, guys dump the puck to areas there are no Rangers crashing or carry the puck deep along the boards leading to impossible angle passes/shots. I thought Berard was impressive and would rather see Rempe out there, nice to see Lav actually gave him almost 10 minutes ice time. Mika is a disaster, he should want a trade.

It's funny to me that NOW Drury sends out a memo to 31 teams saying the Rangers are open for business, where was that in July???

I know +/- isn't the end all be all stat, but Zibanejad is a -13, including a -7 in the past two games, simply awful. He is the # 1 guy who should be dealt, but I would guess he'd block any trade so it's highly doubtful he goes. One of the biggest mysteries has to be what happened to this guy. He went from being one of the top C's in the NHL, a strong two-way player, to a mess last season and a total disaster this season. So odd.

It could be an interesting few days, as I would guess they'll make a move, but we'll see.
