He was a key factor in our win and slowed down the Trio's attack. He played 34 unusual mintues and created problems for the Nets. This guy can really get out on the open floor and play, he is quick and creates problems for us on transition. The winner of game three is 79% gauranteed to be the winner of the series. It sets the tone for everything and has the other team guessing. I really like the Raptors tenacity last game, but they have yet to prove anything on the road. I will look to see jefferson and Carter getting many many touches with Kidd out. He will use his passing ability to create problems for the defense and advance the ball upcourt.Season Series: Both team has won their games at home. Alright! GO Raps! I came home early from school so I could watch this game. So far NJ is dominating though. :no1:
Vince Carter is attacking the rim, and dominating. What a damn surprise. To think Vince would actually use his athleticism, what a concept.
Well, New Jersey takes this one. I just think the inexperience is starting to show for Toronto. VC and JKidd had huge games. Unless the Raps win game 4, this series will be won by the Nets. They are just too good to allow the Raptors to come out of a 3-1 hole which is probably going to happen. Come on Toronto!!!! :no1:
man this game was horrible. VC and Kidd were just lighting it up and we couldn't stop them. The first quarter was horrible, we weer just rushing and wasn't getting back for defense which lead to their 9-0 early lead. Raptors really need to do something by sunday. Tj and Jose played well, but we also need Bargnani, Mo, Graham any everyone else to play better. We also must get back on defense.
Hey guys, didnt watch the whole game, but I got to catch the first half. Terrible play by the Raptors, and VC really killed us as I said he would. I am really mad that Smitch started Joey Graham and my theory of trading his ass of Toronto is proving itself right again. It gets really hard because our point guards are really damn undersized and Jason Kidd posts up TJ and Calderon all game. We really got to these matchups right. Peterson on Jefferson. Parker on Carter. and TJ has to do his best on Kidd, we cant get around it.
I have to give MAJOR props to Jason Kidd. This is one of the best performances of the year if you are going by #'s. I didnt get to see the game, but those numbers dont lie...That is crazy good. A PG grabbing 16 rebounds? That is unheard of...

I was at this game, and got AWESOME tickets at face value (something incredibly hard to find).Overall, it was an awesome game. Sold out arena, fans got into it. JKidd was AMAZING. I realized in the first quarter that he was grabbing a ton fo rebounds, looked up, and he had like 9. In the 3rd quarter, mom asked if he had a triple double yet, I looked at the LED ribbon the runs around the bowl, and saw Kidd already had a triple double. It was an amazing performance, and I am so grateful to see arguably JKIdd's 2 best games ever in 1 season (I was also at the game vs Phoeinix where he went for something like 38/14/14).But, as good as Kidd was, what he did wasn't as noticable as Carter's rampage. VC was on FIRE! 15-23 shooting, hitting 3's, amazingly difficult layups, and that nasty dunk off of Kidd's behind the back pass. He was fired up and put all that bad play from games 1 and 2 behind him.
If Vince Carter decides to play as aggressively as he did last game, the Raptors don't pull out one more victory. If Vince Carter plays as aggressively as he did last game, look for the Nets to be a dark horse.
