I'm currently watching the re-air which is about a hour back, so it just got underway, but here's what I'm liking so far:

-Oleksiy Pecherov is playing a lot more aggressively, he's taking advantage of his size by crashing the boards which from time to time he did in the first two games. If he focuses on attacking the paint a lot often, he could really benefit more for us off the bench.

The first quarter just ended for me, no one spoil it for me.

The Wizards lost the rebounding edge when they took Visser and Pecherov out and the only guy is that seems to try to get big in the paint is Jameel Watkins. That much right there got us a nice 8 point lead at the end of the first and I don't want to see them lose the lead again and end up losing.

Nick Young needs to be a lot more conserative when he gets the ball. He can't be rushing contested 3's or shooting low percentage shots, but instead, take open looks, drive to the basket more often which is he is so good at. I don't want to see him get frustrated again, so I hope he gets it going with his head.

It's halftime and I'm loving the lead.

It seems like the Wizards here just plays so much better together as a team especially Young, Mcguire, Pecherov, and Aaron Miles. They all seem to know where to feed their teammates, they move the ball around effectively and they are taking care of the ball a lot better compared to their first game.

Opec ended up with 26 points and 14 rebounds? Wow.

I don't know how much he's going to play this season, maybe some garbage minutes here and there, but for the future after he bulks up a little, he's promising to be a nice contributor.

Man, can we ever win a game?

Nick Young disappointed me in the 2nd half. He failed to take over the game when the team really needed him to, instead he took really poor shots, failed to keep his composure still and he just couldn't bring it.

The Rockets did a great job at the perimeter to bring themselves back in the game and took advantages at the line, from the numerous fouls the Wizards committed.
