I'm nervous but that's what being a fan is all about when it comes to a game 7. History has been kind in this situation as of late so we just have to hope that stands the test.
The butterflies are definitely buzzing. I like the momentum the Rangers having going into this game, Lundy will be on his game without a doubt. It'll be an entertaining game to say the least, LGR!
Either way I'm proud of the year they've had, after a rough start, coming back to have a good regular season and winning a tough 7 game series and pushing this one there. They still need a few more pieces and tweaks to the roster going forward and have an excellent coach in AV so I almost feel like we're playing with some house money again like the past 2 years. It's always funny how the nerves set in as a fan about 3 hrs before game 7 though.
Winning tonight would make this a tremendous season. Not to mention who the hell knows. When you get to four teams left why not the Rangers winning it all.
I think the stats are low 60%'s for home team winning game 7. BUT low 70%'s for the team scoring first winning game 7. That is the biggest thing folks. Good start and score the first goal and we win. I really believe that. Get through the first 7-10 minutes tied or ahead and I will feel good.
Let's drop the puck...I am pumped. Come out hard and let the chips fall where they may. Huge stuff tonight. One thing we can say for sure...it is exciting to be a Ranger fans these days. Playoff wins and plenty of game 7's. Good stuff. LET'S GET IT DONE!!!
