The Matrix is getting his first start at PF. If he does good, we may see this lineup multiple times, as long as we are not going up against a KG like calibar PF. Marion should do good, not giving up a lot of size to Walker, and is quicker then Walker.

    Player of the Game:

    <div align="center">Joe Johnson</div>

The Suns should get the fast break going where Johnson thrives in. Expect Johnson to score around 20-25 points against rookie Josh Childress.

    KEY'S FOR SUNS: By: S.Livingston

    - Get the fast break going

    - Feed the ball to Amare early

    - Let Nash go to work against the low ability of PG of the Hawks

Nice preview, Courtking. If the Hawks play Josh Smith, they may not lose by 30...but who knows.

Well seeing this lineup was a real suprise,I am sure they will use this lineup when they are playing lesser teams like the Hawks.

But I wouldnt count out the Hawks so quick, they have a solid lineup when you look at it,and who knows what happens,Al Harrignton could end up putting up Paul Peirce numbres and him and Walkers will flourish. They have a mix of young players with vets and their team has improved.

If the Suns want to win they have to get up and down the floor a lot,the Hawks arent really a strong defensive team so the Suns should take advantage of that. We'll see how the start studded lineup works tonight.Suns win 98-85.

Suns are KILLING at the half 64-35, shooting 61% from the field! Amare puts up 18 AT THE HALF, but lets not get too excited, it's Atlanta (no offence to any Atlanta fans)

As for JJ, he has 12 and our new point guard, Nash has 8. A little disapointing with Q so far as he only has one field goal on 1-5 shooting for 2 points.

What an embarassment by the Hawks!?! The Suns dominated the whole game. Great way to start a season, Amare puts in 23 in only 30 minutes. Voskuhl really impressed me with 10 boards off the bench, in 15 minutes of work. Dissapointing first game for Quentin though, total of 4 points.

well i thinkt hat yelling fan sitting courtsiode started to get to him because he didnt seem like he wanted to play in the game at all.

I think it was some drunk guy he just kept yelling walker wlaker when walker didnt have the ball even when walker was on defense.

then when walker got the ball he just kept saying shoot walker shoot.

this guy might not have had that big of an impact on walker as i'm stating that he might have but he sure got on my nerves and i was at home.

btw do the suns have a new floor or something because there homecourt looked totally diffrent.

Anyone have any screenshots of the new hardwoods on the court? It looks 10 times better than it did before.
