    Halftime

Ok well its Halftime. 51-41. Raptors having a strong game, especially from the arc. Marchall and MoPete especially deadly with the 3. How about Alvin Williams. 4-4 FG and all 8 pts in the 2nd quarter which extended Toronto's lead. I am not worried right now, we still have a huge way to get back into this. AI has been doing great with scoring, 14 pts and getting 8-12 from the foul line. Marc Jackson the next most pts with 12, and 4 reb. So tune in here on the post above to see live updated scores.

Ok now it is late in the 4th quarter. Sixers struggling with Toronto's 3 ball shooting of course mainly Donyell Marshall, he is the main reason the Raptors are ahead right now. Iverson hasnt scored in awhile, and Kenny is starting to foul.

(Updates live. Man this is hard)

    I'll give it some help...

Iverson has 35 points with 7 rebs and 6 asts. They are down by 6 with 34 seconds left.. they are probably gonna let this one go unless miracle happens.

Iverson only shot 8-29 but he got to the free throw line 23 times and made 18 of them.

34 more secs... time will tell.

    Edit:
Man aight Korver just took a three and missed it, VC got the rebound and now there is 29 seconds left. McKie fouled VC and he has 5 fouls.

    Game over I would say.

    Edit #2:
Aaron McKie hit a huge three which cut it down to 5 points, then Jalen Rose got an offensive foul. Then Iverson got his "jumpshot blocked by bosh" and bosh got the rebound... VC got fouled, he made his 2 free throws, game over. Official GAME OVER lol

Damn Iverson's 35 could not pull it away... I'll try to write a recap on this game later...

    PS
WHY WOuLD YOU GIVE IT TO KORVER?

Also, Shasha, I don't think its really a good idea to have a thread for recaps and games. That really unorganizes things and just smashes it into one thread... Its easier if we had a thread for each game and stickied the game that was on that day...

I agree. I had quite trouble updating the game live in that post. Plus many fans wont find the game recap and box score/discussion. Just if you wanted to put games in seperate threads and delete the threads after they arent popular anymore.

Anyway, for the game. We went down 95-88, nice 3 to make it a 7 pt game by McKie in the final minute. Yet our gameplay wasnt good and not enough to win. Still we remain 1st in the Atlantic with a record of 9-10. (How embarrising) Iverson played great, scoring, passing, and rebounding wise. Who shocked me the most was the big man Donyell Marshall. He was a definite reason they won, and major support. Jalen Rose...low scoring with 6, but great 8 assists game along with a great passer VC with 12 assists. Terrible offensivly for PHILA, so we will have to hope for the best against the new look Bulls on Thursday.

    Thoughts? Comments?

    Isn't that game on TV?

Yea I agree to your post, we should have held them down. Iverson didn't come as clutch be 35 points should be enough, with team support. We need Big Dogg back.. he needs to suck it up and play.

Even if he did want to play he still couldnt. He has to be cleared to play by the medical staff.
