http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?.../SPQR10LIAV.DTL A bunch of interesting notes about this game, at least from a Giants perspective. (Of course!) 1. This game was played on the same day Fred Lewis hit for the cycle a year ago. May 13. His first three times up, triple, double, single. His last at bat he flew out to center. 2. Matt Cain always seems to not get any run support. So this time he pitches eight strong innings AND hits a homerun. His record is still going to be bad, but that's not the focus for the team this year. 3. Brian Wilson deserves some props for leading the NL in saves, especially considering he's on the Giants. They don't win a lot of games.
