<div class="quote_poster">Quoting MVPlaya:</div><div class="quote_post">and I'm kinda satisfied with the Sixers, but we should be able to pull wins away easier, since we did have those leads we let get away to Hinrich.</div> Man, I was thinking that, only from the Bulls side.lol. We had a huge lead and should have sustained it. We should't let are leads get away to Iverson. The Bulls should have won this game.
Once again Allen Iverson pulls off another great performence to get us the win. Allen Iverson shot only 7-23 from the field, but 16-17 at the line, and 5-9 threes. He also had some clutch shots that helped us get the close win away, although it shouldn't have ended with "clutch time." Sixers had a 19 point lead at a point, then within the next blink its gone. Although Sixers never trailed, but it got into a 1 point game (90-91). Philly had a total of 16 TO's. That horrible, while the Heat only had 13 compared to us. The game was basically a blowout till the last couple minutes, Snow did have a lay-up, but he almost blew the game. He missed TWO free throws (50 seconds left) that could have basically sealed the game. This is when Iverson took control, Philly took a time out, then AI does it again with a jumpshot that ends the night. 20 or so seconds were still left but Heat couldn't pull off a three to tie the game. Sixers shot 41% while heat shot 36%, not too bad for how the NBA is goin this season. Sixers also shot 10-16 from threes and 31-39 from the line. Eric snow should have hit those free throws... I'm not too happy on how hes playing. He can't shoot, but he doesn't lose the ball and he gets a decent amount of ast each game. If I were the Sixers I would wait till G-Rob comes back to see how he plays. But this was really another great performence by Allen Iverson. He pulled and carried this team with him and hes doing every thing he can to get his team the win. Remember, Sixers don't have Glenn Robinson, so hes doing this with NO help. McKie is basically the other person helping him, and Dalembert barely even played tonight, not sure why yet. Allen Iversons last 4 games are 50, 35, 35, 35 points and he leads the league in scoring with 28 or 29 points now. Sixers next game is on Tuesday against the Pistons... to tell you the truth, I think the chances of Philly winning is low. If G-Rob comes back it will increase... and I need to know what happened to Dalembert. Again, great game by Allen Iverson, clutch shot that sealed the game for the Sixers, and expect Iverson to carry his team like this the whole season.
Great win, but great game? Not im my opinion. We were up by 18. And we only won by 3. We lacked defense in the 4th quarter which almost was lost. But what was great was our 3 pt shootn. 10-16, 62 %. Amazing, thanks to Aaron Mckie and Allen Iverson. But what was a HUGE problem was our big mens foul trouble. At one point in the late 2nd, Dalembert, Coleman, McCaskill, and Thomas all had 3 fouls. Korver had to come in and play in the paint to finish the half. Otherwise, great finish, but we could have sealed it if Snow hit those foul shots he both missed.
