    NASHVILLE, Tennessee (Ticker) -- Georgia coach Mark Richt nodoubt hopes his team can forget about last week.


    Richt's 24th-ranked Bulldogs try to bounce back from a blowoutloss Saturday when they visit Vanderbilt in a SoutheasternConference matchup.


    Last week, Georgia fell behind by four touchdowns at halftimeand lost at Tennessee, 35-14.


    Matthew Stafford threw for 174 yards and two TDs with aninterception for the Bulldogs (4-2, 2-2 SEC East), who musteredjust 69 yards on the ground.


    Vanderbilt (3-2, 1-2 East) also was blown out last week inconference play, absorbing a 35-7 setback at Auburn.

    Chris Nickson completed just 5-of-16 passes for 38 yards for theCommodores, who gained just 221 total yards. Backups MackenziAdams and Richard Kovalcheck weren't any better, combining tocomplete 7-of-15 passes for 50 yards with an interception.

    Vanderbilt surprised Georgia in Athens last year, 24-22, on a33-yard field goal by Bryant Hahnfeldt with two seconds left.

    It was the Commodores' first win in the series since 1994.
