<h3>Michigan visits Wisconsin before OSU tilt</h3>

MADISON, Wisconsin (Ticker) -- Lloyd Carr might be wise to restquarterback Chad Henne and running back Mike Hart this weekend.But the Michigan coach has said they're going to play.

Seven days before hosting top-ranked Ohio State for the Big TenConference title, Carr's 13th-ranked Wolverines visit Wisconsinon Saturday.


Michigan (8-2, 6-0 Big Ten) is tied with Ohio State atop theconference, at least two games clear of everybody else with twoto play.


Since the winner of next week's game is assured of the leaguetitle, Carr may not want to risk further injury to the banged-upHenne (shoulder) and Hart (ankle), but he said on his weekly TVshow Sunday that both would take to the field.


Last week, the Wolverines rallied for a 28-24 triumph at rivalMichigan State behind Henne, who tied a school record with fourtouchdown passes - two in the final 6:47 after Michigan hadfallen behind by 10 points.


Mario Manningham had eight catches for 129 yards and two TDs,including a go-ahead 31-yard reception with 2:28 to go for theWolverines, who also received 110 rushing yards on just 15carries from Hart.


Wisconsin (7-3, 3-3) held a 17-10 third-quarter lead at OhioState last weekend before the Buckeyes stormed back for 28unanswered points.


Tyler Donovan threw for 238 yards and two TDs for the Badgers,who were missing injured tailback P.J. Hill (ankle) and musteredjust 14 yards on 37 carries.


Wisconsin snapped a six-game skid in the series with a 23-20 winhere in 2005, but Michigan countered with a 27-13 home win lastyear.
