GLENDALE, Arizona (Ticker) -- Henrik Zetterberg is a big reasonfor the early-season success of the Detroit Red Wings.

Zetterberg will look to added to his league-high point totalwhen the team squares off against the Phoenix Coyotes onSaturday.


The 27-year-old Swede has collected a point in each contest thisseason and has scored a goal in each of the previous fivegames.


Zetterberg, who has registered six goals and 15 points thisseason despite being hampered by a hip flexor injury, scored agoal and set up another in Detroit's 4-2 victory over the SanJose Sharks on Thursday.


He has enjoyed plenty of success in 16 career games against theCoyotes, tallying 11 goals - including four game winners - and21 points.


In order to avoid a three-game losing streak, the Coyotes needgoaltender Alex Auld to keep Zetterberg and the rest of the RedWings' potent offensive in check. Auld, who started the lasttwo games, is 1-2 with a 4.05 goals-against average and .882save percentage.


On the other end of the rink, Chris Osgood is looking to unseatsix-time Vezina Trophy winner Dominik Hasek as Detroit'sstarting goaltender. Osgood is 3-0-0 with a 1.67 GAA, while the42-year-old Hasek has posted a 2-2-1 record with a 2.94 GAA.

Fredrik Sjostrom has played in only three games but he's beenPhoenix's best offensive weapon thus far with a team-high threegoals and four points.


The Red Wings won all four meeting against the Coyotes lastseason, outscoring their Western Conference foe 22-6 along theway.
