    BOULDER, Colorado (Ticker) -- Kansas coach Mark Mangino wouldlike to enjoy his time atop the Big 12 Conference.

    Mangino's 15th-ranked Jayhawks try to remain the lone unbeatenteam in the conference when they visit Big 12 North Divisionrival Colorado on Saturday.


    Kansas (6-0, 2-0 Big 12 North) manhandled visiting Baylor lastweek, 58-10, to easily remain undefeated on the campaign.

    Todd Reesing threw a pair of touchdowns and Jake Sharp ran for110 yards and a score for the Jayhawks, who limited the Bears to48 yards on 19 carries.


    Kansas ranks second nationally in scoring defense, limitingopponents to 9.5 points per game, and is fourth in totaldefense, holding teams to 240 yards per contest. The Jayhawks,who forced five turnovers in the romp, also are sixth nationallyin turnover margin (plus-1.5).


    Colorado (4-3, 2-1 North) absorbed its first conference losswith a 47-20 setback to Kansas State last weekend.

    Cody Hawkins - son of coach Dan Hawkins - tossed threeinterceptions for the Buffaloes, who were paced by Hugh Charles'career-best 171 yards and a touchdown.


    Kansas beat Colorado in Boulder last year, 20-15. The Buffaloeswon the last meeting here, a 44-13 rout in 2005, when they wonthe North title.
