Florida State (17) at Oklahoma (10) An interesting matchup given opening week results. FSU was dominate, while Oklahoma struggled to hold off a questionable Utah State team. Oklahoma has a lot of areas to improve if they wish to maintain high expectations. My pick: Oklahoma Miami (12) at Ohio State (2) Miami is coming off an easy 45-0 pounding of Florida A&M and NC hopeful, OSU, is coming off a 45-7 victory over Marshall. My pick: OSU Honorable Mention: Penn State at Alabama - #18 at #1. I don't see this one being close. Bama rolls. Upsets: Does Virginia have enough depth and can they continue the strong running against USC this week? USC might have won last week against Hawaii, but the USC defense allowed more yards than the USC offense gained. Hawaii had six more first downs and USC lost the turnover battle and had 11 penalties. This is a USC team with issues and we'll see how they perform this week.
Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram is not practicing for No. 1 Alabama and Nick Saban said the injured running back is unlikely to play against Penn State on Saturday.
