    ‘vulnerable,’ ‘entitlement,’ ‘diversity,’ ‘transgender,’ ‘fetus,’ ‘evidence-based’ and ‘science-based.’

    Simply cleaning up the budget bill language to a readable point by removing empty politically-slanted words which serve no role in the budget process except to confuse and distract from the expensive issues at hand.
