    I think Cuban wants a piece of him first. Cuban gave the kid a 400,000 raise for basically playing with himself on the bench last season.

    actually waive him before the playoffs...that way he can't sign with the Lakers or another playoff team and therefore loses his bird rights and a possible trip to the Finals.
