Thing is, he's a lame duck President, has a low approval rating, Congress has gone home, and McCain wants him to stay as far away from him as possible so I guess he said, "Fuck this I'm going to Beijing with Dad and Henry Kissinger"
He's one of my favorite presidents ever, basically for being the president that recognized my country, and the first president to visit Albania. (first American president that is)
