Roy Hibbert is playing OUT OF HIS MIND13 points, 7 rebounds, 7 BlocksGeorgetown up by 6 with 1:38 to go in OTThis game was GREAT..awesome comeback by Georgetown..who unless somebody on North Carolina can step up is about to winHibbert vs. Oden? That's friggin sick man..I'll definitely be watching that
Hell motherfuckin yeah! Man, I am so happy for my Hoyas! I was worried all night, they were not playing very good basketball. But they hung in there and they surged to force OT. Then they just absolutely took over in OT. Hibbert is a beast Green is a beast Wallace is clutch I don't like Doc Rivers but I like Jeremiah GO HOYAS! Oden vs. Hibbert is going to be outstanding.
Them DC boys showing North Carolina how the game should be played.. hell yeah!! Everyone did their part today. Whether it was Green, Hibbert, Sapp, Wallace, Summers, Ewing, or Rivers.. everyone who played made some sort of an impact. Man, I am so pumped up for Hibbert vs. Oden, no way in blue hell I'm missing that game.
Sweet. Hibbert vs Oden should be a classic matchup. (Not quite Hakeem vs Ewing, but hopefully just as good).
This was a great game. UNC was outplaying Georgetown for the first 30 minutes, but it seemed they should have been up more, and Georgetown managed to stay in the game to make a run capped off by that clutch three by Wallace. The defensive rebounding at the end was key for GT. NC kept getting second and third chances, but not at the end. NC only made one field goal in the last ten minutes of the game, and the whole overtime. And the shot was a meaningless 3-pointer with like 7 seconds left.Georgetown-Ohio State is going to be sick, they played last year in the second round in which the Hoyas won, but these are two completely different teams. Can't wait for it.
Yeah, UNC was playing great the first 30-35 minutes. But both teams do all of their rotations and what not to give them an advantage in the Final 5 Minutes, and obviously Georgetown had all the advantages. UNC could not make a shot if their life depended on it.
