<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The Denver Broncos made a commitment to defensive tackle Gerard Warren. A year after acquiring Warren from the Cleveland Browns, the Broncos signed him to a six-year contract. Financial terms were not disclosed. Warren, 27, helped the Broncos rank second in the league in run defense last season and recorded 42 tackles, three sacks and three pass breakups. "Gerard joined our team in 2005 and made an immediate impact on the defensive front," Broncos general manager Ted Sundquist said. "Players of his ability are very difficult to come by. Ensuring that Gerard remained a Bronco was one of our top offseason priorities." The third overall pick in the 2001 draft, Warren spent his first four seasons with the Browns before being traded to Denver last March. He has 289 tackles and 19 1/2 sacks in 76 career games.http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-b...ov=ap&type=lgns</div>
He had a break out season wit the Browns then he got hurt for a while, wasnt productive, got canned, then the Broncos got him, then he had an ok season. So i think this year will be his breakout year.
