Wide receivers Mario Manningham and Domenik Hixon underwent a series of tests on Tuesday for injuries they suffered during the New York Giants' 28-16 win over the Rams.

Coach Tom Coughlin said he had no update on the two receivers, but he does hope to have defensive end Osi Umenyiora on the practice field for the first time since he underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on Aug. 19.

A source said it is unlikely that Umenyiora will play against the Eagles on Sunday, however.

"We certainly hope to see that Osi will be ready to go and we hope to have him on the practice field," Coughlin said.
