"Defensive end Wallace Gilberry said he was fined $2,000 for his hit on Buffalo quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick during last week's game. Gilberry swatted at a pass in an attempt to knock it down. He missed and wound up slapping Fitzpatrick in the head. The play drew a penalty. ''I'm going to appeal it and we'll see where it goes from there,'' Gilberry said. ''Hopefully back to my favor.''"
