Wow, he's been putting up monster numbers lately. Scoring big.. I think he has a good shot of taking the title this season. He's making me a fan!!
He's been too up and down, it's not like him to be like this. I mean he has bad games, but it's not like 11 points bad FG%, 40 points, 21 points bad FG%, 45 points, 22 points bad FG%, 42 points. Those aren't his actual games, I just made those up, but how about Carmelo Anthony. Arenas needs to get back to more consistency like he showed last season and 04-05, but it's only a few games in, so he should be fine.
Yeah, it's not like Arenas has had 30+ points a game every night so far, but he has come up big when he is on fire. All other nights he is just off and not in his rhythm. He has improved his passing skills and finding the open man, which has been a help for the Wizards.
Why not ? I can see anything weird about that. He did put up 30+ every night last season, now he's just making more 40+ points games. But it's a long season, but he'll problably be in the top 3.

I think he'll win it, because he's effiecient and Denver runs a lot which creates a lot of easy buckets for him, which also makes up for him not being able to shoot 3's well.
<div class="quote_poster">Pakman Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I pick Carmelo or Redd.</div> No way Redd can keep that up. I honestly don't think Carmelo can do it either. I think AI will take it.

They can put up HUGE numbers.</div> Kobe hasn't been playing like he did last season, but instead setting up his teammates more often. Kobe will take over games and take the shots if he needs to in the 4th quarter, but they have going right now is fine and their standing shows it.

Kobe could very well still get the scoring title, because he is still recovering from knee surgery. Second half of the season, he'll probably explode as long as he is healthy. Melo definitely has a chance as well, dude is playing killer basketball right now. Scoring about 30+ a game and doing it with efficiency; the only thing is he'll have to stay consistent, and most of all PLAY LIKE THAT IN THE PLAYOFFS. Allen Iverson will also be in top 5 scoring wise of course, so he definitely has a chance to get it himself.
I don't think Redd will be consistent for the scoring champion. I think either Kobe, AI, or Melo will win it. Arenas will share the ball too much with Butler and Jamison to keep consistently scoring 30+ per game. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting thedude9990:</div><div class="quote_post">are u kidding me, did you really say 27-29 points is MERE?</div> I was thinking the same thing. Even for Kobe that still isn't mere.
