I like the kid but I don't think he is warranted a 50 to 55 million dollar contract. This offseason teams are going insane.

I wholeheartedly agree. GM's are all under pressure to overpay so that they can get a serviceable player. They're so impatient, that they sat through the rebuilding process and then essentially screw it up by being unable to wait one more year.

Unfortunately, the fans are a large part of this pressure. No one wants to see a team of no-name players even if it will help their team be better for the long-term. I suppose that sometimes, there's no better player out there for that money...

I just hope the Warriors keep fiscally and financially responsible.

Ginobili is nice. Boozer at $11m per season? I'm not too sure.

You know what's weird? Boozer gets 68 million and Rasheed Wallace gets 50 million. I would much rather sign Rasheed due to his size, wingspan, blocking ability and his sick post game. If he stayed down low all the time, he would get a lot more hype. I'll go out on a limb and say close to Garnett level hype. How did the Boozer and Sheed match up against eachother? Just from guessing, I would say Rasheed played better but he does have a tendency to be limbo some parts of the season.

The guy has an amazing inside game and his shots on the low block are unblockable. He has it in his head that he is a great three point shooter but would be even more dangerous if he stayed on the low block. The guy is tremendously gifted.

I think Sheed would have been the perfect fit in Houston.
