<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Former Magic swingman Gordan Giricek, unhappy with his playing time and his relationship with Tracy McGrady, said he asked Orlando to trade him last season. The Magic eventually dealt him to the Utah Jazz for DeShawn Stevenson on Feb. 19.

"I asked to be traded at one point," the Croatian-born Giricek said. "I said, 'I'm not satisfied, and give me the treatment deserve.' "

Of his role in the Magic's offense, Giricek said, "My game was basically being in the corner and wait to shoot. I wanted to do things where I could create."

Giricek and McGrady didn't get along, but when asked about T-Mac, Giricek said coyly, "I cannot say anything about him. Tracy is Tracy, and Gordan is Gordan."</div>

Well... that doesn't surprise me. I've heard several things about McGrady and how he treated his former teammates.

Utah is a great place for him, and I wish him the best of luck.

I think they could have gotten more if they were going to trade him. Utah didn't give equal value back to Orldando.
