“The coach can only do so much no matter who it is or what team it is. It comes from within the locker room,” he told The Post. “We’re obviously way too comfortable. There was no passion out there.” - Brad Richards.

The time is now. So your fucking job as its not the coach.

I agree Al Tortorella. It is on Sather now 100%.

    Look at this:

Hags - has one goal in 15 games.
Pouliot - 3 goals all season.
    Miller - cannot score.
    Dorsett - cannot score.
    Pyatt - cannot score.
    Boyle - cannot score.
    D. Moore - cannot score.

That's 7 guys. Usually 5 are in the lineup every single game. So 5 of our 12 forwards cannot score. And Brassard isn't much better. So essentially our bottom 6 doesn't score. And it isn't like we have a top 6 loaded with scoring to make up for it (Cally and MZA are in the top 6).

Do the math, we need more scorers. It is pretty simple to see that. Our bottom 6 is useless when it comes to scoring at all. And our top 6 is at best mid pack when compared to other teams top 6's, and may even be below average.

Sather....the man of mystery. Mystery because he has a job still AND mystery because we'd all love to know what he does everyday.

Whatever is Sather's plan, it is stuck in his pea brain. This is not a playoff team.
In hockey's largest market, we fans are being treated to minor league hockey.
    What an embarrassment.

Said for a while ago that our third line never scores and our role players barely score. It's not going to get it done. Our role players don't play with enough effort other than Dorsett. That falls on Sather.

Until Sather starts collecting draft picks, and gets power forwards on
this team, his Ranger teams have and will never be a high echelon team.
Exactly, what the hell is his plan.
