Even though I like GP a whole lot more, I think Malone is the Power Forward we have needed since Horace Grant left. He can extend the defense with his mid range jumpers and provides a lot of size in the post. He's also great at finishing on fast breaks. He's a perfect fit for the Lakers.

GP is huge improvement over Fisher, but two dominant players down low is a lot harder to stop.

I would Rather have GP because he can gaurdthe point guards that burn us in the playoffs. Troy Hudson, Mike Bibby and Bobby Jackson.

I completely agree. However, I like Karl a little better. GP's trash talking and chomping gum gets quite annoying [IMG]

GP because he defense is off the hook. And his in your face atitude will help. I feel he is the better player too.

GP...he's got more years left in his legs, plus putting him in to do some playmaking will save/put more years in kobe's legs.

Mailman is a scorer in my eyes, there are 2 other players on the Lakers that love to score, and are much better at it then Karl. Glove is a passer with tight defense...He will be able to find Kobe and Shaq a lot easier. I think GP will do better then Mailman

I'd take the soon-to-be (maybe) all time leading scorer Karl Malone.
