    Move Aldridge to Center.

    Up the tempo.

    Trade for a rebounding PF.

Millsap would be really nice to have right about now...

We need another scorer that can get to the FT line. Trade for Al Harrington and move LMA to center.

Gortat and/or Bass from Orlando seem very attractive right now.

Is a trade inevitable for this season? We have no backup 5, no backup 4, no backup 3, and maybe not even a proper backup 2.

I was harping for Beasley this summer when he was semi-available and now that's a virtual impossibility.

Beasley sure would have been nice to have right about now.

The "new" long-term plan is the same as the old one. Build around Roy, LMA and GO.

Yeah, I'm not sure if we can rely on G.O. anymore in the long term Big 3 plans. It's back to Roy and LA to design the offense around, give them 20 plus shots like last year. Maybe Joel will find his game again also.
