Red-y? Oh, it's so funny it hurts! Seriously, if we can pull this off it'll look pretty sick.

This is going to fail miserably. If the organization wants to do this, they should do what other organizations do and actually hand out shirts to fans as they walk in.

Well at least you are not playing a team in Red. As a Raptors fan, I know that it can back fire pretty bad. Damn Nets.

It said the fans were trying to do it, not the Blazers.

why so we can lose another big game? and how perfect... its on national tv vs the suns.

    what a combo.

    1. we never beat the suns and when we do.. our best player needs 50.

    2. we suck on national tv vs good teams.

    3. we have choked in every big game all year wether it was for division leads or whatever.

why is this game any different. the blazers really killed my spirit monday.

Wait, I don't get why, exactly.

Also: How did the Blazers kill something you don't already have? Are you a Suns fan now too?

Which is another indication that it will fail. How many people who attend Rose Garden games read the internet, especially Blazer message boards? 5 percent? 3? Do the corporate fat-cats that sit in the lower bowl give a rip about wearing a red shirt, even if they did know about it?

I agree, the only way that arenas get those looks in the playoffs is if the team hands out shirts at the door when you come in. Fan organized statements like this fail because the fans aren't organized, at least not enough of them to make a difference. On a college campus, it's much easier to do something like this because everyone attending the game is already in close proximity to the arena and can be informed of the plans. For the majority of people that attend Blazer games, there's not that level of passion. It's just entertainment.

You did beat Houston on TNT earlier this year, correct.

Um no, so we can support the team, and amazingly enough, have some fun. You might try it sometime. When you are done, there is actually a smile on your face, win or lose.

Ha, mixum, you got me. Different computer than normal and was not logged in so no blocking you this time. Anyway, you've never had any Blazer spirit and you never will. That is all.

Any one who does this is an idiot. It's Canzano's idea. Since when is a columnist also a cheerleader. If people wear red to this game it just stoke that idiots ego.
